Induction cooktop utensils can be
made of any material, but for the sake of how they are used,
are best made of non-ferrous materials.
Plastic, glass, and wood are preferred
for when the utensil will be used while the pot is heating
on the induction cooktop.
For example, stirring a pot of spaghetti
sauce.
An iron or steel utensil may heat
as it is being used causing it to stick to the food.
If that is not an issue, and it is
often not, then any utensil will do.
Included below with a good set of
plastic utensils are a knife set with storage block and a
knife sharpener.
